Cricket Wellington 150th Banquet Dinner
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Cricket Wellington 150th Banquet Dinner, attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Ticket Purchases and Refunds
Tickets are transferable with prior notification to Cricket Wellington.
Full refunds will be provided for cancellations received on or before 1 November 2026.
For cancellations received after 1 November 2026, attendees will be liable for 50% of the ticket price, with the remaining 50% refunded.
No refunds will be available for non-attendance on the day of the event.
2. Dietary Requirements
Any dietary requirements, allergies, or special meal requests must be advised at the time of registration or as soon as possible thereafter.
Dietary requirements cannot be added or amended within 10 days of the event date.
While every effort will be made to accommodate notified dietary requirements, Cricket Wellington and the venue cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
3. Event Entry
Attendees must present their ticket confirmation upon arrival if requested.
Cricket Wellington reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, or poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others.
4. Parliament Precinct and Venue Requirements
As this event is being held within the Parliamentary Precinct, attendees must comply with all venue rules, security requirements, and instructions from Parliamentary Service staff and event organisers, including:
Compliance with any security screening or identification requirements.
No smoking or vaping within Parliament buildings or on any areas where it is prohibited.
No illegal substances, dangerous goods, weapons, or prohibited items may be brought onto the premises.
Attendees must remain within authorised event areas unless otherwise directed.
5. Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol will be served only to guests of legal purchasing age.
Responsible consumption of alcohol is expected at all times.
Event organisers and venue staff reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.
6. Photography and Media
By attending, guests consent to the use of their image in Cricket Wellington publications, websites, social media channels, and other promotional materials unless they advise Cricket Wellington otherwise before the event.
7. Event Changes
Cricket Wellington reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, entertainment, seating arrangements, or venue logistics where necessary.
In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, attendees will be offered a refund of the ticket price paid. Cricket Wellington will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees.
8. Liability
Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
Cricket Wellington will not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or expense incurred by attendees except where required by law.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of the registration process will be used solely for event administration and communication purposes and will be handled in accordance with Cricket Wellington's privacy obligations.
10. Acceptance
Purchase of a ticket and attendance at the Cricket Wellington 150th Banquet Dinner constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Flicket Bookings
Ticketing and Registration
All ticket sales are processed through the Flicket platform.
A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring their registration details are accurate at the time of booking.
Any ticket transfers must be communicated to Cricket Wellington prior to the event.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
Should the event be cancelled by Cricket Wellington, a full refund of the ticket price paid will be provided.
If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Attendees unable to attend the rescheduled event may request a refund within the timeframe advised by Cricket Wellington.
Cricket Wellington is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees.
Seating
Seating arrangements are at the discretion of Cricket Wellington.
Requests to be seated with specific guests will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Security and Entry
Entry may be refused to any person who is intoxicated, disorderly, or fails to comply with venue security requirements.
Parliament Security and Parliamentary Service staff have the right to refuse entry or remove patrons from the premises.
Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Cricket Wellington and the venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
